Dargo's Knife
Throughout most of the series Dargo carries a knife on his belt.
While the sheath appears to be custom the knife itself is a standard dive knife. I've found the same model being produced by multiple manufacturers including Mako, Boker and Valor. I picked up a used one on ebay for a couple bucks.
