I make these by hand out of brass sheet, steel, red leather, rivets, and metal screen. They're held on by rare earth magnets I took out of a hard drives. It took a few tries to get the center cutout right. I made a template in photoshop that helps keep the shape uniform. I can crank one out in about an hour now. They're the best com replicas I've seen so far which is surprising since they are so easy to make.
