Kitbashed Ork Fighta #3
After a couple of years of hanging from the ceiling of my local game store my second fighta took a nose dive from about 7 feet up and shattered. Rather than be annoyed I saw it as the perfect opportunity. I'd never really been happy with the design as it was slightly too large for a fighta and the rules for the dakkajet had just come out. So in true orky tradition I but the aircraft in half and made two out of it. This is the first one I made out of the front half and some of the wings. A stormraven engine, some plasticard and a bunch of rivets later and my new dakkajet was finished.
